Welcome to GoSteve

Steve Symons was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his left femur on April 22, 2005. After extensive chemo the decision was made to amputate his left leg to remove all traces of cancer. A friend and brother to many, Steve Symons has now been officially cancer free since February of 2006. We're done with the cancer battle, now onward walking again!

This site is for, about and all things Steve -- come here to read about his long battle, his continuing struggles, and his constant and poignant reenactments. Learn about osteosarcoma, how it affects only 1 in 1,000,000 people in the US each year. You can even book Steve for an event too.

GoSteve.org was started by members of Alpha Tau Omega to help Steve Symons raise funds to assist with medical bills. Just as the dynamic world of Steve has evolved, gosteve.org will continue to grow into a site to help others with their courageous battles against cancer and amputations. More
